Ludovic Chanson - Gavroche - 2023

The Gavroche cuvée from the Ludovic Chanson estate comes from Sauvignon vines planted in flint-clay soils. Harvested by hand, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged for six months in vats. The nose of this wine reveals delicate notes of candied apples, quince, white flowers, and ripe lemons with a hint of smoke. The palate is round and juicy thanks to a beautiful balance between fruity flavors, a fine tangy structure, and a savory finish. Excellent value for money!
