The fairly high sugar content for a demi-sec is perfectly compensated by a very nice acid balance and minerality, so that the whole can firmly charm us and we are not overwhelmed by stickiness. All in all a perfect demonstration by Ludovic to keep everything perfectly in balance.

Culinary: We recommend this top wine with oriental dishes. A slightly sweet dessert such as a cheesecake can also be mastered by this wine. Or as an aperitif perhaps.
