Entre-Vinyes - Suelo Vivo Tinto - 2022
This is a derivative and playful version of the little brother of Naturalese Salvaje Tinto, matured in concrete vats with a short, cold maceration of five days. This time too, the focus is on a minimum of interventions and the importance of soil life, which is symbolized by the cricket on the label.
Now too, they want to bring an original, innovative wine with this young vineyard, easy to drink and surprising. The result is a beautiful deep, ruby red color and a seductive amount of fruit such as the aroma of strawberry, red and black currants and sweet cherries, with subtle hints of vanilla and glycerine.
Culinary:
Pour Suelo Vivo a little fresher with a slowly cooked chicken with tarragon, simply as an aperitif, with cheeses, a spring salad with lots of green herbs, or a BBQ where the bar is set a little higher.
