The grapes were hand-picked, spontaneously fermented, and aged in stainless steel tanks. The vintage or grape varieties were deliberately omitted from the label, thus maintaining the freedom to create a new cuvée year after year, with only one thing mattering: it must taste good. And that's the case here. An "easy-drinking" natural wine. Bottled unfiltered, this is an uncomplicated wine with aromas of apple, pear, and pineapple. Juicy on the palate with a refreshing acidity, fine spicy notes, and a mineral, salty flavor. An excellent accompaniment to dishes such as asparagus, vegetables in general, or white meat, but of course also delicious on its own.
