Fresh and fruity sparkling wine with a beautiful bouquet of exotic fruits, green apple, and citrus. Fresh onset with fine mousse, pure fruit, and a round finish. Excellent as an aperitif, with smoked fish, shrimp tomato, and ham with melon.
