Exceptionally refined mineral attack with elegant acidity and a towering, beautiful bitterness on the finish. Not quite mouth-filling, but extra subtle in finesse. Almond and sweet aromas. Sublimely expressive after a few years. Ideal with fish-based dishes or seafood.
