Herbert Zillinger - Horizont - Grüner-Veltliner - 2020

An amplification of what Grüner Veltliner is meant to be: beautifully juicy fruit with hints of fresh quince, young apple, and peach, all carried by lovely acidity. Given the variety, there’s a crisp peppery note in the finish, albeit very discreet.
