Klaar - Proxy Rot

The new Proxy range from Klaar proves once again how much fun you can have with "alcohol-free." We didn't hesitate for long with "Proxy Red"... exactly what we were looking for in a low-alcohol fruit foamer! It's made using a cold infusion of apple and quince pomace, which is refined with elderflower and walnut leaves. Added to this are some beetroot juice, elderberry juice, chokeberry juice, and ginger, which gives it sufficient depth and length. Also ideal as an aperitif or as a food accompaniment
